The Ethno Festival in Poznan starts on 20 June and lasts for 4 days

The Ethno Port Festival 2024, returning for its 17th edition from June 20 to 23, brings a rich tapestry of global music and cultural experiences to Poznań. Over four days, attendees will enjoy performances by artists from South Africa, Norway, India, Mongolia, and Poland, including premieres by Common Routes and the Skovoroda Choir. Beyond music, the festival fosters dialogue on current events, with discussions, workshops, and children’s activities. Highlights include mindfulness sessions, Basque vocal workshops, and storytelling for families.

The festival also features engaging discussions on topics like refugee experiences and the Gaza Strip, alongside film screenings and exhibitions. Additional attractions encompass a show on old folk toys, an antiques market, family yoga, and DJ-led music sessions. Committed to inclusivity, Ethno Port ensures accessibility for people with disabilities through audio-described concerts, subtitled films, sign language translation, and quiet rooms.

Events will take place at the Great Hall of the Zamek Culture Center, Adam Mickiewicz Park, and the Castle Courtyard, with a mix of free and ticketed entries. For more details, visit the organizer’s website. Join Ethno Port 2024 for a vibrant cultural journey in Poznań!
