What started as a routine inspection for a damaged bumper led to a startling discovery of drugs valued at PLN 5 million in a van. During a routine operation in Poznan on March 27, traffic police officers detained a 31-year-old delivery van driver due to a damaged bumper. Despite being only warned by the police, the driver became visibly nervous, raising suspicions among the officers.

The driver claimed ignorance about the origin of the drugs but was promptly arrested. The 31-year-old driver has been remanded in custody for three months and faces up to 10 years in prison. Police investigations are ongoing to determine the full circumstances of the case.
