In our search for Poznań’s best pizza of the month for March, we stumbled upon the new food menu at Mokra Włoszka in Jeżyce, curated by the renowned chef Orson Hejnowicz. The ambiance is casual yet professional, with a talented and approachable staff. The current pizza menu theme revolves around iconic music legends, with pizzas named after artists like Tina Turner, Rihanna, and Spice Girls, each offering a unique and delightful culinary experience.
Our current favorite and nominee for Pizza of the Month is the SAM SMITH priced at 47 PLN, aptly named “Unholy” – a heavenly mushroom extravaganza in a Bianca version. This masterpiece features crème fraîche, mozzarella fior di latte, pickled shimeji mushrooms, oyster mushrooms with crispy chili and hoisin sauce, topped with fresh lovage, truffle mayo, truffle oil, and crispy mushrooms.
