A family-owned ethical business that has established itself as one of the top sushi restaurants in town. To prove it they have been certified by the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture as a Japanese Food supporter. Owner Monica has even worked in Japan on a work placement position which we are told is very hard to get accepted! They aim for zero waste and procure their ingredients from sustainable suppliers. The menu includes some unique rolls inspired by dishes from both Japan and the USA with sustainable sushi and traditional Japanese dishes elevated with a modern touch. They will also let you get creative and prepare you something from your imagination! Na Sushi
A takeaway spot in Naramowice owned by serial entrepreneur Malgorzata a.k.a. Gosia who when she was younger dreamt of owning her own car repair shop. Her life obviously took a turn when she opened her first restaurant in Srodka called Na Winklu which to this day is still thought of as one of the best places to get pierogi in Poznan. She sets her bar very high and Na Sushi doesn’t disappoint!
The menu is split into 10,15,20,25 and 30 PLN rolls which makes it super easy to decide on your order. From 10 PLN Nigiri to 20 PLN Futomaki or 30 PLN Dragon, Na Sushi keeps it simple, extremely affordable, and delicious, and whose philosophy is that you build your own set. Nanami Sushi

Nanami Sushi is owned by Fabian Stube who has been working with Sushi for over 14 years. He started his journey in highly-rated Art Sushi in Poznan back in the day and has gone on to work for sushi masters in Poland and abroad which sharpened his skills. His first exploration into his own restaurant started in 2022 with Nanami Sushi, which is primarily a takeaway joint located in Grunwald. It didn’t take long for the word to get around and he already has a loyal following who swear his sushi is the best in town!
Careful selection of ingredients and strict quality control allow them to enjoy a good reputation with a specialized crew who always deliver. On the menu, we recommend you check the special rolls where Fabian’s mind got really creative and offers such rolls named as ‘Sex on the beach ‘ or ‘ Midnight Sun roll‘. Delicious! It’s worth mentioning that Fabian also specializes in Korean cuisine and is especially proud of his homemade Kimchi which is a kind of traditional, slightly spicy Korean sauerkraut made from fermented vegetables. Its focus is on quality, so much so that they are open only every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. The rest of the time the owner spends time perfecting his current menu and working on new signature options. The owner has over 10 years of experience working with sushi, which he gained entirely abroad, in Norway, beyond the Arctic Circle, working with chefs from all over the world.
At Shelfie Sushi, they believe in the philosophy of small pieces, where sushi is seen as finger food, and all pieces fit easily into the mouth.
