“In the course of our inquiry, officers confiscated numerous string bags containing assorted powdered and crystallized substances, along with plastic bags and rolls containing dried plants at the residence of a 29-year-old city resident,” reported Senior Asp. Sandra Chuda, press officer of the police.
Subsequent drug tests revealed the substances to be marijuana and psychotropic compounds from the amphetamine group. A total of over 256 grams of illicit materials were seized, potentially sufficient to impact approximately 250 individuals simultaneously,” she added.
The 29-year-old suspect has been taken into custody, with the prosecutor instituting police supervision, travel restrictions, surety, and property security measures against him. Legal proceedings in this case are currently underway.
